Nepal Visa

You need to travel with valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months. Nepal visa can be obtained upon arrival at the airport itself. You need a passport size photograph. You must fill in a handwritten form “Arrival Card” and an online form “Tourist Visa Application” on the machines installed at the airport itself for that end. This last form can also be filled in by anticipated on the website of the Department of Immigration of Nepal: https://online.nepalimmigration.gov.np/tourist-visa

In this case you have to print the receipt with your bar-code to deliver it to Kathmandu airport or any entry ports. Keep in mind that the online form expires after 15 days. After that time we would have to fill it out again.

With the manuscript form and the receipt of the online form, we will proceed to make payment at the airport bank office. The price of the tourist visa varies depending on the length of stay in Nepal.

Nepal visa can be obtained on any entry point to Nepal such as Tribhuwan international airport, entry check in points at the Nepal – India border and at Nepal – China border.

Extension of Nepal visa

• Tourist can stay a maximum of 150 days in Nepal with in a year.
• Tourist visa extension is done for minimum 15 days with US $ 45 and US $ 3 per day for additional days.
• In the case of delay less than 150 days additional US $ 5 per day as late fine.
