Day 04- Trek to Bahundada (1310m)
Day 05- Trek to Chyamche (1430m)
Day 06- Trek to Bagarchhap (2160m)
Day 07- Trek to Chame (2670m)
Day 08- Trek to Pisang (3300m)
Day 09- Trek to Manag (3540m) via Ngawal (3660m)
Day 10- Rest for acclimatization
Day 11- Trek to Khangsar (3734m)
Day 12- Trek to Tilicho base camp (4150m)
Day 13- Trek to Tilicho Lake (5200m) and back down to Tilicho base camp
Day 14- Trek to Ledar (4200m)
Day 15- Trek to Throng high camp (4830m)
Day 16- Trek to Muktinath (3700m) via Throng-la (5416m)
Day 17- Trek to Jomsom (2710m)
Day 18- Fly to Pokhara (820m)
Day 19- Fly or drive to Kathmandu
Day 20- Transfer to the International airport according to your flight time
